Upon full payment, you own:

Wioletfix Rights
Wioletfix retains rights to:
- Pre-existing code, tools, and methodologies
- The right to display your project in our portfolio
- The right to use project insights for improving our services
- Third-party licenses and intellectual property
Project Timeline and Delivery
- Project timelines will be outlined in your service agreement
- Timelines are estimates and may be affected by client response times
- Delays caused by client may extend project timelines
- We will provide regular progress updates throughout the project
- Final delivery includes project files and documentation
Revisions and Changes
- Your service agreement includes a specified number of revision rounds
- Additional revisions may incur extra charges
- Major scope changes require a revised agreement
- Revision requests must be provided in writing
- We will accommodate reasonable revision requests within scope
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of:

This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of our business relationship.
Warranties and Disclaimers

Disclaimers

Termination by Wioletfix

- We will provide notice and opportunity to cure breaches
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters and severe weather
- War, terrorism, or civil unrest
- Government actions or regulations
- Internet outages or utility failures
- Third-party service disruptions
Dispute Resolution
- We will attempt to resolve disputes informally first
- Unresolved disputes will be handled through mediation
- Mediation will be conducted in Newark, California
- If mediation fails, disputes will go to binding arbitration
- These terms are governed by California law
General Provisions
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us
